NSW Healthy School Canteen Strategy
The Strategy was released in Term 1, 2017 and was developed by the Department of Education and NSW Ministry of Health with support from the Association of Independent Schools and the NSW Catholic Education Commission.
The Strategy applies to all public schools in NSW and is strongly encouraged by Catholic and Independent schools. For more information on the Strategy please visit the Healthy School Canteens website.
Good for Kids, Good for Life supports schools throughout the Hunter New England region to implement the NSW Healthy School Canteen Strategy. The support we provide schools to do so is based on research undertaken by the program.
