Resources for Families

  • The Munch & Move - Encourage and Support Breastfeeding fact sheet includes information on the benefits of breastfeeding, tips for mothers, and contains contact details for key services. 
  • Breastfeeding Confidence is a booklet by the Australian Breastfeeding Association (ABA) with information on attachment, positioning, frequency of breastfeeding, expressing & storing breastmilk.
  • Tucker Talk Tips – Feeding Your Baby is a resource for Aboriginal families with information on the benefits of breastfeeding, what foods are best for mothers whilst breastfeeding, and introducing solids.  
  • Brochure - Breastfeeding.pdf (health.gov.au) This resource for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families provides information on breastfeeding & work, expressing breastmilk and the benefits of breastfeeding.
