Making water your drink of choice can help kids develop healthy habits for life

 

The Australian Guide to Healthy Eating recommends that children drink plenty of water. Drinking water instead of sweetened drinks (such as juice, cordial, soft drink and flavoured milk) can help children to be calmer and more focused.
